瀧建設興業株式会社は、１９８６年の創立以来、鳶土工工事業の専門事業者として、全道各地で様々な工事の一翼を担い、北海道の発展に寄与して参りました。これも偏に、社員一人ひとりの弛まぬ努力と、お客様やお取引先様をはじめとする、皆様方のご指導、ご支援、ご愛顧の賜物であると衷心より感謝を申し上げます。

昨今の建設業界は、就業者数の減少と高齢化による深刻な人材不足、次世代への技能継承や人材育成、常態化している過重労働や健康障害など、数多くの喫緊の課題を抱えており、鳶土工工事業界も決して例外ではありません。

Since its establishment in 1986, Taki Construction Kogyo Co., Ltd. has played a role in various construction projects throughout Hokkaido as a specialist in the earthworks business, contributing to the development of Hokkaido. This achievement is the result of the tireless efforts of each and every employee, as well as the guidance, support, and patronage of everyone, including our customers and business partners, and we would like to express our sincere gratitude. The construction industry is currently facing a number of pressing issues, including a serious shortage of human resources due to a decline in the number of employees and an aging population, the need to pass on skills to the next generation and human resource development, and the constant overwork and health problems. The tobis earthworks industry is no exception.

地域社会を構成する一企業として、働き方改革の推進や技術者の処遇改善、育成環境の整備や健康の保持増進など、重点的に取り組むことで、企業価値を向上させる組織改革を実践して参ります。また、常に安全であり続ける安定した高い技術力と豊富な経験で得た幅広い知識で、今後もお客様へ対し、より一層のサービスを提供し続けることをお約束申し上げます。
